PLC
This semester my PLC looked through various lenses at diversity in the classroom. Each participant took a turn leading the group through a scholarly article they found regarding diversity. Each discussion lasted 45 minutes to an hour, and the leader would provide a scaffolded resource for the rest of us to take notes on. Through this experience I have grown professionally and have a better understanding of diversity and best practices dealing with diversity.
